About the role
We're looking for a Social Media Manager Intern to help manage and grow our online presence across platforms like X, Instagram, and TikTok. In this role, you'll work closely with the team to plan content calendars, write engaging captions, design or source visuals, and keep our audience informed and engaged with what we're building, a logistics errand brand focused on making errands and deliveries fast, reliable, and stress-free.
You'll play a key part in shaping how the brand shows up online, helping us connect with customers, build trust, and grow our community. This role is ideal for someone who's active on social media, understands what makes content perform, and is excited to learn how a startup builds its voice from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Support the creation, editing, and scheduling of digital content across social media platforms.
- Assist in developing brand-aligned messaging, captions, and communication materials.
- Monitor engagement, audience insights, and performance metrics across platforms.
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar that aligns with the brand’s business goals.
- Schedule and publish social media content
- Create and edit short-form video content (e.g., client testimonials, behind-the-scenes clips, and promotional snippets) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
What we're looking for
- Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats.
- Basic design skills (Canva required).
- Attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to learn.
