About the role
We're looking for a Product Management Intern to support our team in shaping how our logistics and errand platform works for both customers and riders. You'll be involved in the full product lifecycle from identifying problems, to mapping out user journeys, to writing specs that guide what gets built. You'll work closely with the team on live decisions that affect how people book errands, how riders get assigned, and how smoothly the whole experience runs.
This role is ideal for someone who's naturally curious about how products come together end-to-end, and wants real hands-on experience in a fast-moving startup environment.
What you'll do
- Support product planning by identifying the real problem behind feature requests.
- Map user flows for our errand/delivery experience and flag friction points.
- Turn customer and rider feedback into a prioritized list of fixes and improvements.
- Write clear product specs developers can execute without back-and-forth.
- Monitor feature performance post-launch and report on what's working.
What we're looking for
- Strong curiosity about how products work end-to-end.
- Clear, concise writing skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
